Common use Flovent is a medication which used in the treatment of asthma. It does not help during an acute asthma attack. Flovent works by preventing and reducing inflammation within the nasal passages.
Dosage and direction The dosage of Flovent varies from different factors inlude: age; the severity of your Asthma; Other medications you may be taking; So you may take this drugs just after doctor permission. Flovent inhalation aerosol is taken orally and shaking before each use. You should be taken deep breath and exhale then put your lips around the mouthpiece and depress the canister. Rinse your mouth with water without swallowing after each use. Avoid contacting with eyes. Do not use Flovent if your asthma attack has already begun. Flovent does not work momentarily and should not be used for sudden attacks of breathing trouble.Use this medication regularly for the best result. The recommended dose starting dose for adults and children over 12 years age is 44 mcg twice daily. Do not increase more than 220 mcg. The recommended starting dose for children under 12 years age is two inhalations of Flovent 44 mcg twice daily. Do not increase more than 100 mcg. Missed dose If you have forgotten to take your dose in time, please do it as soon as you remember. But do not take if it is too late or almost time for your next dose. Do not increase your recommended dose. Take your usually dose next day in the same regularly time.
Storage Store at room temperature between 59-77 degrees F (15-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture, kids and pets. Do not use after expiration term.
